Will a 2024 part fit my 2023 frame?

Often, but not always — manufacturers quietly tweak frame geometry between model years. The fitment chart on each product page is the source of truth. If your year isn't listed, contact us with your VIN and we'll confirm.

My bike isn't listed. Can you make a part for it?

Accepted Answer

We add new platforms based on demand. Drop us a note via the Contact page with your year/make/model and we'll add you to the waitlist for that fitment.

How hard is it to install P3 parts?

Accepted Answer

Every part bolts up to your factory hardware — no drilling, no welding. Most installs are 15–45 minutes with basic hand tools. See the Install & Support hub for product-specific videos and step-by-step guides.

Do I need to use a torque wrench?

Yes. We strongly recommend torquing fasteners to your bike manufacturer's published spec. Carbon hardware doesn't need extra clamping force, and over-torquing can crack the part or strip the frame insert.

Should I use thread-locker?

Use the thread-locker grade your bike's service manual specifies for the original bolts (typically blue Loctite 243 for most exterior fasteners). Don't apply thread-locker directly to carbon — only to the metal fasteners.

Yes — free shipping on US orders over $200, Canadian orders over $300, and international orders over $400. Below those thresholds we charge real-time carrier rates calculated at checkout.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock parts ship from Hurricane, WV within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders and back-ordered items list an estimated ship date on the product page. You'll get a tracking link the moment your label is created.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL/UPS/USPS. Any duties, import taxes, and customs brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility — they are billed by the carrier or your country's customs office at or after delivery and are not collected by P3 at checkout.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery for any reason — provided the part is uninstalled and in original packaging. See the full Return / Warranty page for the RMA process. We refund the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Can I return a part after installing it?

Accepted Answer

Installed parts can't be returned for refund (we can't resell them as new), but every part is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something cracked from a defect — not a crash — we'll replace it.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Manufacturing and workmanship defects, for as long as you own the part. If a layup delaminates, a bolt insert pulls out, or the part fails under normal riding loads, we replace it free. Crash damage and abrasion wear are excluded — that's what carbon is supposed to do.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Email us with your order number and clear photos of the failure. We'll review within one business day and ship a replacement at no charge if it's covered. We may ask you to return the failed part for our R&D team.

Question 14

How do I take care of my carbon parts?

Accepted Answer

Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid pressure washing the carbon directly (water can drive into bolt holes). Inspect after every hard hit — surface scratches are cosmetic; a soft spot or visible delamination is a warranty claim.
