If the part don’t fit, you gotta acquit! In all seriousness, if we ship a product that doesn’t conform to the description provided on our website then we will take it back, at our expense, and provide a 100% refund or exchange. All that we ask is that we are able to resell it – in other words, if you take it out on a 7-hour adventure through rock gardens and then decide that you’re not 110% satisfied then contact us and we’ll work it out with you. We custom-make colored parts as well as all non-Standard Construction parts the same day you order it – so, if you do order a colored (non-black) and / or non-Standard Construction part, don’t like it and want to return it, then there is a 20% restocking fee as it is our experience that, generally speaking, it’s hard to sell a hot-pink Enduro Construction skid plate. We hope you understand.
By the way, if you purchase a product from us and for some reason don't put it on your bike for 3+ months to show off your mad skills and kit to your pals, then we may not be able to accept a return. Call us. We're flexible.

We are proud that we make the best carbon composite protection in the world – right here in West Virginia! The biggest reason we are able to do so is because we genuinely care about the experiences we hear about from riders like you. So, if a part doesn’t meet your expectations then call, e-mail, fax, text or ride on over and let us know. This is how we improve and continuously make better and better products. We make mistakes but when we do then we’ll do everything we can to “make it right”. Guaranteed. Ask anyone – our customer service is second to none.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All P3 products are intended for off-road and competition use only. The purchaser and/or user assumes all risk associated with the installation and use of these products.
P3 shall not be held liable for any damage to vehicles, personal injury, or property loss arising from the use or misuse of its products, whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential.
Installation and use of any P3 product indicates the user’s acceptance of all risks and liabilities.
P3 products are covered only against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. P3’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, at its discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, or normal wear and tear.
